How It Works - Personal Cashtag + IMAP

You use a personal Cash App account and share your $Cashtag with customers. When a customer places an order on your IPTV website, they see payment instructions: send the amount to your $Cashtag and put the invoice number in the "For" or note field. Cash App sends a "Payment received" email to your configured inbox. The payment solution connects to your email via IMAP, finds these emails, extracts the amount and note (invoice ID), matches them to the correct invoice, marks the invoice paid, and sends a callback to WHMCS. IPTV service can then be activated via cron. No business account or API needed—just a personal Cash App account and an email address where Cash App receipts arrive.

Step-by-Step Payment Flow:

1. Customer Places Order: Customer visits your IPTV website and places an order for IPTV service (e.g., 1 month subscription)
2. Selects Cash App Cashtag Payment: Customer chooses Cash App (Cashtag) as the payment method during checkout
3. Invoice Created: WHMCS automatically creates an invoice for the order
4. Payment Instructions: Customer sees your $Cashtag, the amount to pay, and is instructed to put the invoice number in the note when sending payment
5. Customer Pays via Cash App: Customer sends payment to your $Cashtag from their Cash App and enters the invoice number in the "For" or note field

7. IMAP Detection: The payment solution connects via IMAP, finds the email, and extracts the amount and note (invoice ID)

9. WHMCS Auto-Processing: WHMCS records the transaction; IPTV service can be activated through secure cron connections (when configured)
10. Instant Service Activation: Customer receives access to their IPTV subscription once the invoice is marked paid
