WHMCS 9 Manual Payment Fix fixes a WHMCS 9 issue: when you mark an invoice as Paid manually, the invoice shows as paid but the payment often does not appear in Billing → Transactions or in income and dashboard totals. This addon fixes that so every manual payment is recorded correctly and your reports stay accurate. Compatibility: WHMCS 9.0.0 and 9.0.1 only.

How It Works

When you mark an invoice as paid (or it is marked paid by the system), the addon runs in the background. It checks whether that payment is already recorded. If not, it creates the missing transaction using the same payment method as the invoice (e.g. Bank Transfer, Mail in, Zelle, CashApp, or any method you use). The payment then shows in Billing → Transactions and is included in income reports and dashboard totals, like in older WHMCS versions.

How to Use

1. Install the addon and upload it to your WHMCS installation as instructed.
2. In WHMCS go to Setup → Addon Modules and activate WHMCS 9 Manual Payment Fix.
3. Open Configure, enter your License Key from whmcsmodules.net, set Enable Fix to Yes, then save.
4. From then on, when you mark invoices as paid, the addon will record the payment when needed.
5. Check Billing → Transactions and your income reports to confirm payments appear. Use the module log if you need to verify behaviour.

A valid license from whmcsmodules.net is required for the addon to run.
