Venmo Payment Gateway is an upcoming automatic payment solution that will enable fully automated payment processing through Venmo. This innovative gateway will automatically detect payments by reading email receipts from Venmo, eliminating the need for manual payment verification.

How It Will Work (Coming Soon)

When a customer selects Venmo as the payment method, they will see your Venmo username and the exact amount to send. The system will provide a direct "Pay Now" button that opens Venmo with pre-filled payment details. Customers will send the payment to your Venmo username and include the invoice ID in the payment note.

The gateway will automatically connect to your email account (via IMAP) and read email receipts from Venmo ([email protected]). When a payment receipt is received, the system will:

1. Extract the invoice ID from the payment note in the email
2. Match it with the pending invoice in WHMCS
3. Verify the payment amount matches the invoice amount
4. Automatically mark the invoice as Paid
5. Record the transaction ID
6. Activate the IPTV service automatically

The system will check for payments automatically in real-time, and customers can also manually trigger a payment check. This provides instant payment confirmation without any manual intervention.

Setup Requirements (When Available)

1. Install the gateway module in your WHMCS installation
2. Configure your Venmo username
3. Set up last 4 digits of your phone number (for customer verification)
4. Set up email account that receives Venmo receipts
5. Configure IMAP settings (host, port, email, password)
6. Set the "From Email" address ([email protected])
7. Enable the gateway and assign to your products
